Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative production manager who will aid us in overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from planning and coordination to quality control and cost management. You will play a crucial role in managing design timelines, creating standardized design tech packs, and overseeing design-related projects. Your keen eye for aesthetics, passion for high-end design, and technical design background will be essential in delivering exceptional products and ensuring on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems and technologies that will help us meet our time-to-market and cost targets. You should also be comfortable working in a virtual team across various time zones and be able to work independently to achieve results.

Manages day-to-day efficient operation of the production department.
Manages projects associated with design-related work and marketing collateral needs, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
Establishes and maintains standard materials and design processes to optimize efficiency, consistency, and quality of products.
Collaborates with the creative designer to develop new design concepts.
Ensures that technical packages are comprehensive and meet product’s goals for delivery, function, cost, fit, and commercial viability.
Communicates with sourcing offices and vendors regarding design, development, delivery, and/or cost-related concerns.
Ensures compliance with approved time and action calendars.
Creates line lists and inventory reports.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Development and Project Management with expertise in creating products with technical patterns and working closely with suppliers/ manufacturers.
Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, including key players, trends, and consumer preferences. Knowledge of sustainable and ethical practices in fashion is a plus.
Keen eye for fashion and trends and the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship. Ability to ensure the highest quality in design execution, fit, and finishing.
Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
