Production Manager

We are not looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to join a cutting edge real estate media company.

Position Overview
Your role will be production management, so expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom are a must. Great English skills are also a must, as the job is very detail-oriented and we must be able to communicate these details to you effectively. Each day we capture 7-10 property listings in the Atlanta metro area and need the jobs culled, renamed, and uploaded to our editor each night by 11pm EST. This includes still photos, aerial images, social media reels, full length walkthrough video tours. The next morning, you will download the edited content from our editor, perform a quality control check to the edits, make any necessary minor adjustments to fit the job and deliver to our clients through our platform. If our clients need changes to any images, you will be responsible for either making simple changes or putting in a work order to our editor for complex changes.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As basic as it sounds, there are 3 key qualities we are looking for:

• Integrity
You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to us and our team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human afterall.

• Commitment
We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship. If you’re looking for just a few months of work, this job is not for you. We consider our team extended family, and expect the same dedication to our vision and company that we will give to you.

• Desire to learn
We are a small team, but are growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills and expanding your skillset beyond production management, this is not for you.
