Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to join our team and help enhance productivity and organization. As the Productivity and Organization Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and structuring daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and providing overall support to ensure effective time management and organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the owner to plan and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. You’ll be meeting at the start of the week and at the beginning of each day, and your job is to hold him plan his days, weeks, and months and hold him accountable to his tasks.
Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and efficient email management
Schedule appointments and meetings, considering availability and priorities
Assist in tracking and prioritizing tasks and deadlines
Keep the employer accountable by monitoring progress and providing reminders
Conduct regular reviews of completed tasks and discuss areas for improvement
Learn and effectively use ChatGPT for seamless communication and assistance
Continuously adapt and improve productivity and organization strategies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly
Consistent and reliable work ethic
Familiarity with using ChatGPT or willingness to learn and utilize the platform
Proven experience in productivity and organization roles is preferred
Trial Period and Compensation:
The first 2-3 months will serve as a trial period to assess the assistant’s performance and compatibility with our team. If the individual proves valuable in helping achieve our productivity and organizational goals, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment with comparable salaries to our team members in Iceland.
