Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to Canadian companies, introducing our digital/marketing services.
Engage prospects with a consultative approach, understanding their business needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
Sales Experience:
Showcase a proven track record of successful B2B sales, specifically within the Canadian market.
Clearly articulate and demonstrate your sales achievements, highlighting your ability to close deals effectively.
Communication Skills:
Possess exceptional English language proficiency and cultural knowledge, ensuring a seamless communication experience that mirrors a native Canadian speaker.
Technical Know-How:
Ability to set up and utilize a Toronto-based phone number to enhance the local presence during calls.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
Lead Qualification:
Work with provided leads to qualify prospects and prioritize efforts on high-potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Target Achievement:
Aim to close a minimum of 20 deals per month, with the understanding that the required volume may vary based on lead strength.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the Canadian market.
Excellent cold calling and communication skills.
Strong technical acumen, including the ability to set up and use a Toronto-based phone number.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

The Government of Canada created this grant 2 years ago with the goal of helping businesses to boost their technology.
As a digital advisor, we service the $15K grant “Boost Your Business Technology.” Our firm focuses on everything pertaining to Customer Journey Data Analytics – from digital marketing systems to CRMs to workflow audits – in addition to fulfilling the core elements of the grant requirements.
The criteria for the CDAP grant is:
Be incorporated federally or provincially or be a Canadian resident sole proprietor
Be a for-profit, privately owned business
Have between 1 – 499 full time equivalent employees
Have a minimum of $500k yearly revenue for one year in the past 3 tax years
If it looks like it could be a good fit, the next step would be to apply directly with CDAP and then connect with us so we can get started on building out the 90% funded grant strategy, which upon completion, enables access to BDC’s 0% financing for up to 100K as well as a Youth Subsidy Wage Grant of $7,300 to complete the digital growth plan.
