Job Overview:
Our German establishment is currently seeking proficient Book Layout Designers to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Book Layout Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design superior book layouts for various types of books, with an emphasis on plain text-based layouts and graphic-inclusive layouts, specifically catering to our Amazon KDP operations. We operate six days a week, and you should be adaptable to diverse layout requirements for a range of books, including office books, children’s books, storybooks, reception books, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design premium book layouts for various types of books, including office books, children’s books, storybooks, reception books, and more.
• Use Microsoft Word and Canva to craft book layouts.
• Gain proficiency in working with AI to create designs or text content (Artificial Intelligence).
• Utilize translation websites such as for translations in several languages.
• Consistently report your progress and work status to the team.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in book layout design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe pdf.
• Eagerness to learn and work with AI.
• Familiarity with Amazon KDP and book layout design is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Perks:
Your salary will be in alignment with your experience and skills. Successful candidates will benefit from a salary increase every quarter and substantial bonus payments upon achieving company targets.
