Job Description

This is a full time role to work in an exciting emerging technology company. Our product is a software-as-a-service and uses conversational AI technology.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Professional Chat Support. As a Professional Chat Support, your primary responsibility will be to engage in conversations and provide engaging and dynamic communication across various platforms. You will utilize your exceptional conversational skills to create positive and interactive experiences for our clients. You will need to manually review some messages/replies before they go out and make adjustments/edits if needed.

Responsibilities:
~ Engage in lively and engaging conversations with different people through our dashboard.
~ Demonstrate excellent communication skills by providing clear and concise responses to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
~ Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with people, ensuring a positive and enjoyable conversation experience.
~ Adapt your communication style to suit different individuals and situations, ensuring effective and meaningful exchanges.
~ Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and relevant topics to foster knowledgeable and engaging conversations.
~ Provide accurate and timely information to people, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
~ Collaborate with team members to optimize conversation strategies, share best practices, and maintain consistent messaging across the dashboard.
~ Uphold company values and policies, including confidentiality, privacy, and data protection, in all customer interactions.
~ Monitor conversation metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:
~ Proven experience in customer service, or a related field, where exceptional communication skills were paramount.
~ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a keen sense of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
~ Ability to engage and captivate an audience through compelling conversations, while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company guidelines.
~ Strong problem-solving skills to address fans’ concerns and provide effective solutions.
~ Flexibility to adapt to changing platforms, technologies, and client preferences.
~ Knowledge of various chat applications, social media platforms, and online forums.
~ Familiarity with relevant industry topics and current events to facilitate engaging discussions.
~ High level of emotional intelligence and empathy to understand and address client needs effectively.
~ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on demand.
~ STABLE internet connection and a good working computer.
