Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential commercial clients to generate leads and build relationships.
Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities within the commercial real estate and business brokerage sectors.
Use our CRM (Zoho) to track calls, customer interactions, and progress.
Develop and refine call scripts that effectively engage potential clients and prompt action.
Regularly follow up with potential clients to facilitate the sale, purchase, or lease of properties or businesses.
Work closely with the team to ensure client needs are met and deals are closed effectively.
Required Skills:
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a relevant role, preferably within commercial real estate or business brokerage.
In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate and business brokerage markets.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, to effectively manage client data.
Resilience to face rejection, paired with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and drive results.
Familiarity with commercial real estate and business laws and regulations in CA, TX, and FL.
Willingness to work in different time zones based on client location.
Should possess a quiet workspace for making uninterrupted calls.
Familiarity with the latest cold calling software and technology that integrates with Zoho.
