I’m looking for an amazing photoshoot editor that has a clear understanding of how to edit Raw images by using certain presets in Adobe Lightroom, removing people from the background using Adobe Photoshop, and beautifully editing images that are compliant with Aloha Dreams Photography brand image. The ideal candidate must be able to:
Turnaround raw images (approx. 700-900 raws) into a gallery of 120-150 edited images
Have an in-depth understanding of photography and editing skills such as using Lightroom, Photoshop, presets, adjusting cropping, white balance, and exposure
Culling through the raw images to find the best photos to edit for the gallery
Follow directions
Be organized
Deliver edited photo gallery within 4-5 days
Have prior experience with photography and editing portrait photoshoots of people (We do family and couples photography in Hawaii)

Job Requirements:
* Great english communication skills
* Well-versed with softwares (Lightroom, Photoshop & Dropbox)
* Have smartphone and laptop with good internet connection (must be able to download high res images)
* Prior experience and examples of relevant work
This job will vary week to week for the amount of work based on the amount of photoshoots the company has. On average, the company has 5 – 10 photoshoots per month. Some weeks there are no photoshoots, and other weeks there are 4-5. We need someone to be flexible and understand this 🙂
