My name is Ryan and I’m the CEO of Multifamily Accelerator. Our mission is simple: To help people transition from working a 9-5 and get them into investing in Multifamily Real Estate to cashflow so they can eventually quit their jobs.
To date I have a total of $7.7m+ of Multifamily real estate and have done over $40m in transactions – all using my exact system.

Our major growth driver is running paid ads to get qualified leads coming in the door, the problem is – I travel alot and have my real estate business to take care of. This is where you come in – I will be coaching you exactly how to close these clients at a high ticket price consistently, using my proven presentation.
Primary Responsibilities (Full time role, roughly 35-40 hrs/week) include but are not limited to:
– Jumping on zoom calls with scheduled leads, showing up 10 minutes early and BEING prepared.
– Sending invoice links on the fly to accept payments.
– Working with our setters to ensure the scheduling and follow ups are noted and being acted on
-Keeping track of sales scores daily.
-Constantly learning sales, persuasion, and multifamily real estate as a whole.
**IMPORTANT** – you MUST have some sort of sales skills to qualify for this position.
Proficient with English
Proficient with either high pressure high ticket sales
Proficient with Multifamily Real Estate lingo
This role will start will require 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday – Friday). If you’re really hungry, you might put in the work on Saturdays as well, though not required (I work 6 days/week myself). Mountain time is the time zone that we are in.

Compensation:
For the primary responsibilities listed above, compensation will start at a monthly retainer between $500 – $1000 – Those who perform well will be eligible for a raise in the future. This however, is NEGOTIABLE. If you have extensive experience and can justify why a higher retainer makes sense, I am open to hearing you out. Pay is a reflection of value, and if you can show that you can deliver more value, I’m more than happy to compensate you more.
