Professional Mailchimp Newletter creator and set up account

Looking for a well-experience Mailchimp expert who know how to set up fully a Mailchimp account, the settings and create custom newsletters through to sending out a first newsletter. And how to link it email, hyperlink to website blogs, workshops and link blog youtube video.

This is one off small project:
1. create design custom newsletter template, link email and set up send first newsletter out. 1 newsletter – send from contacts list and download of newsletter can email a version to friends with request button to sign up for newsletter.
2. create 2nd custom newsletter template – for standard future monthly blog (update monthly)
3. would like to be shown how to do some basic edit and changes

Ideas – newsletter – little bit of styling headers, block written content, links/thumbprint pictures go to blog article or video youtube blog, right side box inside Upcoming events linked to website course – modern, fresh visual and professional, maybe call to action buttons.

Currently have mailchimp, in future might change to active campaign. Looking to start blogs, youtube videos and podcast.
