**Job Description:**
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Professional Transcriber and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, excellent command of UK and US English, and the ability to ensure that transcriptions and video content are polished and professional.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Transcription Quality Control:**
– Review and correct AI-generated transcriptions of video content.
– Ensure transcriptions are free from errors, including grammatical, punctuation, and spelling mistakes.
– Remove filler words (e.g., “um,” “ah”) to enhance readability and professionalism.
– Ensure the final transcriptions adhere to either UK or US English standards as required.

2. **Content Quality Assurance:**
– Evaluate and improve the written output from our AI automation to ensure it doesn’t sound robotic.
– Check and validate graphics, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for accuracy and appropriateness.
– Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure seamless integration of transcriptions and written content.

3. **Client Content Review:**
– Conduct quality checks on edited video content to ensure high standards are met.
– Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of the content.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a transcriber or in a similar role.
– Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
– Excellent command of both UK and US English.
– Familiarity with transcription software and AI tools is a plus.
– Strong proofreading and editing skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience in quality control or content review.
– Background in video editing or social media content creation.
– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
