Job Title: Professional Thumbnail Designer for Fitness YouTube Channel

About Me: I have a rapidly growing online fitness coaching business with a popular YouTube channel (Click to view/@CooperPagex) dedicated to helping men achieve their health and fitness goals. I am looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join my team and help me enhance my video engagement with eye-catching and high click-through rate thumbnails.?

Job Description: As a Thumbnail Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing thumbnails for my YouTube videos. You should be able to work independently, using the video content and titles provided, to design thumbnails that attract viewers and increase our click-through rate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, engaging thumbnails for our YouTube fitness videos.
* Use a variety of editing software to design thumbnails that capture the essence of each video.
* Review video content and titles to generate ideas for thumbnails with minimal direction.
* Ensure consistency with the brand’s visual style and tone.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends and YouTube thumbnail best practices.
* Deliver thumbnails in a timely manner, meeting deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Thumbnail Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails.
* Proficiency in using various graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
* Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas from video content and titles.
* Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and color theory.
* Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Familiarity with YouTube and an understanding of what makes thumbnails effective.
* Good communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the fitness / health / lifestyle industry or personal interest in fitness.
* General knowledge of YouTube trends and YouTube virality.
* General knowledge of YouTube analytics to analyze thumbnail performance and make changes and recommend split tests
* Ability to adapt to different styles and experiment with new design trends.
