Position: Professionally Certified Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Remote (for USA)
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent or Real Estate Broker with a strong background in real estate sales administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, evaluating properties, and managing real estate transactions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with real estate evaluation tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
o Lookup listings on various real estate website marketplaces in the USA.
o Generate and qualify leads for potential property investments.
2. Data Management:
o Add leads and relevant data to a spreadsheet.
o Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of properties being bought and sold.
3. Cold Calling and Follow-Up:
o Cold call realtors to establish initial contact and generate interest.
o Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and move towards closing deals.
4. Property Evaluation:
o Utilize property evaluation tools to calculate rental cash flow and assess investment potential.
o Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for real estate investors.
5. Offer Generation and Contract Management:
o Generate property buying offers based on data entry.
o Use template contracts to prepare real estate buying offers.
o Email real estate buying offers to relevant real estate agents.
6. Communication and Coordination:
o Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and text message with buying agents.
o Liaise with escrow companies to facilitate the closing of real estate deals.
7. Administrative Tasks:
o Keep accurate records of all transactions and interactions within spreadsheets.
o Ensure all administrative tasks related to real estate sales are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
1. Professionally certified Real Estate Sales Agent or Broker.
2. Extensive experience in real estate sales and administration.
3. Proficiency in using real estate evaluation tools and CRM software.
4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
5. Strong organizational and data management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of the US real estate market and regulations.
