Proficient HubSpot Professional for Internal Team Support

Description:
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Professional to join our agency as a dedicated vendor and provide HubSpot-related tasks across all skill levels and Hubs within the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and must hold HubSpot Academy certifications to demonstrate proficiency and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Execute HubSpot tasks across all Hubs within the HubSpot platform, including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, and Service Hub, at various skill levels.
Collaborate with our internal team to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal Project Managers to provide detailed insights into the work performed, methodologies used, and outcomes achieved for clear client communication.
Work remotely and digitally, utilizing tools like Zoom for virtual meetings and Slack for day-to-day internal communications.
Maintain organized and efficient workflows within ClickUp, our project management software, to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience working with HubSpot, with a strong understanding of all Hubs and their functionalities.
HubSpot Academy certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service Software, etc.) to demonstrate expertise and proficiency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal team members and client-facing Project Managers.
Comfortable working remotely and digitally, with proficiency in virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and project management tools like ClickUp.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
