Overview:
We are seeking a versatile professional who excels as a Content Creator, CRM Expert, and UI/UX Designer. This multifaceted role involves creating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing customer relationships through CRM systems (specifically GoHighLevel), and optimizing website interfaces for an enhanced user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to implement strategies that will boost engagement, growth, and customer retention while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including daily posts, 2-3 reels per day, and a minimum of 3 reels per week.
Account Management: Manage and update the business page IG, CEO IG, and sales reps’ focused updates on IG.
Content Variation: Create different variations of reels and posts to determine what resonates best with different audiences and optimize content accordingly.
Blog Management: Upload and manage blog posts on our website, ensuring timely updates and relevant content.
Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong community around our brand.
Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine social media strategies that align with our business goals.
Scheduling: Plan and schedule content using social media management tools to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
CRM Management: Utilize GoHighLevel to manage customer relationships, campaigns, and automations. Ensure the CRM is up-to-date and effectively used to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Customer Data Management: Oversee data entry and management within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Custom Content Creation: Utilize skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for animations and 3D modeling to create unique and engaging content.
UI/UX Design: Design and optimize website interfaces to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Expertise in CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel.
Familiarity with tracking work hours and productivity using tools like TimeProof.
Experience in custom content creation, animations, and 3D modeling.
Proficiency in UI/UX website design.
