Role Objectives:
– Strategic Relationship Management:
– Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with members, anticipating their needs and customizing interactions to enhance their association experience.
– Act as a strategic liaison, aligning member feedback with our program improvements to foster a community that values growth and innovation.
– Operational Excellence:
– Ensure the efficient administration of member programs and events, maintaining a seamless experience from initial contact through to program completion.
– Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive management are crucial in upholding the highest standards of service and member satisfaction.
– Dynamic Communication and Support:
– Serve as a primary communicator for members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and effectively communicating program values and benefits.
– Your empathy and understanding in interactions will enhance member loyalty and ensure their needs are met with respect and professionalism.
– Adaptive Project Coordination:
– Flexibly manage multiple priorities, adjusting strategies and responses based on member feedback and program requirements.

– Your role directly influences the effectiveness of our programs and the overall success of the association.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of proven experience in project management and relationship management towards the mentoring members.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
– Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and business goals.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues that may arise in the mentoring program.
– Attention to detail to assist the team in ensuring accuracy and quality in all program-related data.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and weekends as needed to support customers.
– Proficiency in using Notion.
– Experience in working with a mentoring or coaching program is a plus.
– Experience with GHL or similar platforms is highly preferred.
