ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the mentoring program, including tracking progress, updating mentoring logs, and ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes.
– Follow up with students regularly to track progress, answer questions, and provide support.
– Maintain a good relationship with students and act as their main point of contact throughout the program.
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the smooth running of the mentoring program.
– Create and upgrade SOPs as needed to improve the effectiveness of the program.
– Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that the program is meeting the needs of the students and the company.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the mentoring program, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
– Ensure that all program data is accurate and up-to-date, and provide regular reports on the progress of the mentoring program.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven work experience of min. 5 years in program management, with a strong track record of managing complex projects or programs.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, team members, and stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues that may arise in the program.
– Experience in creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
– Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all program-related data.
– Proficiency in using project management and tracking tools.
– Experience in working with a mentoring or coaching program is a plus.
