Would you like to support a Media Mentorship program that transforms and empowers entrepreneurs to share their expertise with the world? Join us as a Program Manager and Head of Learning where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a transformative learning experience for all our clients transforming through our 12 month Media Mentorship Program

We are in the media industry and work closely with journalists, TV producers and radio producers supporting our clients to achieve their dream media goals. As the Program Manager and Head of Learning you’ll be responsible for liaising with our clients ensuring they have a seamless and powerful learning experience throughout the program.

Your responsibilities would include:

1. Supporting all client-facing communication e.g. Welcome orientation and onboarding, regular client reach-outs prior to key workshops, communication of scheduled workshops and technical support for any online learning, quarterly check-ins and end of program exit interviews.
2. Attending all online guest workshops with journalists, radio and TV producers and recording all notes and sharing these with participants.
3. Review program curriculum and learning materials and provide educational insights to improve program learning and knowledge transfer.
4. Designing and developing new learning initiatives to support program curriculum.
5. Create learning assessments to evaluate the level of learning and knowledge of all clients.
6. Maintain the client CRM and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
7. Work with a VA to get new workshops scheduled and ensure all guest speakers receive speaker agreement.
8. Develop and manage online marketing campaigns for program launches throughout the year.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years experience in the following:

1. Learning and development.
2. Client and customer management
3. Program management in an online learning environment / education environment.

And be a fluent English speaker.

6. Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
7. Exceptional attention to detail and are passionate about doing a great job and takes pride in your work.
8. Enjoys interacting with team members and can work well with others in a positive way.

In addition to having excellent English skills you need to be comfortable with using most of the following applications:
• Web research using search engines like Google
• Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar
• Communications apps like Zoom, Voxer, Slack, FB messenger, etc
• Email Marketing tools like Convert Kit
