Our fun, virtual team is looking for a full-time contract Virtual Assistant to join our movement!

The Position:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will be supporting our Fulfillment Director in preparing and delivering our paid programs to over 1,000 students. This is a crucial role for our team as top-notch fulfillment of our programs is vital to the life of the business. Our programs help people completely transform their lives, and your role would be to assist them in this transformation!

This is a full-time, virtual contract position. Our typical hours are 9-5 Pacific time zone, but we do offer flex time. As long as you’re meeting your deadlines, attending required meetings, and are available to support critical functions as needed, your work hours can be flexible. During product launches, you may be required to work additional hours.

Requirements of the position:

Student Fulfillment:
* Maintain student product portals, including uploading and verifying new or revised content
* Perform recurring program fulfillment-related tasks such as student announcements, call reminders, and program updates
* Manage call calendar for 10+ programs where days/times overlap; communicate weekly schedules to stakeholders
* Draft knowledge base articles and program-related documentation
* Design and create student feedback surveys

Quality Control:
* Complete periodic quality control tasks, including proofing written copy, testing functionality, and verifying recorded material
* Confirm weekly call schedule, distribute the schedule to the team, and make any updates
* Monitor and verify the completion of all call-related fulfillment tasks

Administrative & Backup Functions:
* Monitor the customer support mailbox as needed
* Assist the Fulfillment Director with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

The Candidate:
We’re looking for a motivated, highly organized individual with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or other similar role. It would also be helpful for the ideal candidate to have experience in Kajabi, Active Campaign, ClickUp, Slab, and various other programs we use within our business, but it is not a requirement.

Compensation: $5 to $10 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
