About the job:
We are looking for a rockstar Project & Account Manager who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside our strategists, and producers to ensure deliverables make it to clients on time and within budget.

This person should have experience in web development and digital marketing. This person should also have great English, communication skills, and interpersonal skills and be able to handle diverse projects, growing rosters of clients, and internal team members with varying levels of expertise. The successful applicant should have a strong ability to prioritize and manage their workload.

We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week, Central Time, with the opportunity to go full-time after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
The primary point of contact for matters pertaining to clients’ accounts
Meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
Communicate project status to the client on a regular basis
Establishing and managing project scope, goals, and deliverables, and effectively communicating them to team members and stakeholders
Overseeing, planning, implementing, and tracking specific projects.
Monitor project progress and track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and effectively communicate them to team members and client
Assist in team management and planning the internal schedule board for project managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project dependencies, risks, and opportunities
Contributing to client proposals and quotes
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
Ensure that project outcomes meet client expectations and quality standards
Scheduling and hosting a project kickoff meeting, as well as frequent check-ins and internal team touch-base calls
Streamlining communication between internal team members
Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed
Assigning tasks to clients and internal teams
Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy
Delivering the final project and summary to the client
Conducting post-project check-ins to identify any potential sales opportunities
Making post-launch phone calls to obtain Google and LinkedIn reviews
Has video editing skills

Think of the project manager within a marketing agency as the glue that holds the whole thing together — they are the ones responsible for keeping projects on track.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Project Management
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project and account management
Knowledge and experience with web development and digital marketing
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with project management software and tools
