Propel Partner is a one-person consultancy firm provided senior consulting towards Large Enterprise customers and Mid-size corporations. The consulting is normally delivered in roles such as Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Digital Campaign Manager.
Currently the demand for my services is reaching a level at which I require assistance with some of the daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks in order to keep a consistent quality in my delivery towards my customers.
Therefore I am now looking for a Virtual Assistant / Project Administator that can become part of the organisation on a long term basis and in order for my company to grow to the next stage.

Role Description
This role is a fairly versatile Project Administration / Virtual Assistant position meaning the job will consist of both straightforward administration such as writing minutes of meetings, registering receipts in a Excel log-file to more project related tasks such as creating Weekly Project Reports, Presentation material like project dashboards, updating project plans etc.
The role consist primarily of back-office tasks, but some customer interaction may be requested over time such as responding to customer emails.
As this is the first VA position for my company it will also be a role that has to evolve gradually over time as we figure out how to best collaborate.
Responsibilities (starting point, others are likely to be added over time)
Project Administration
• Prepare weekly progress reports for current deliveries
• Update Project Plans of ongoing deliveries
• Create Project Status Dashboard (Powerpoint)
• Update risk log’s / issue log’s (Excel)
• Create presentation “framework” material on various topics
• Join various status meetings with clients occassionally
Campaign Administation
• Organise / prepare email lists in Excel
• Import email lists into email marketing solution
• Prepare and launch campaigns
• Actively monitor campaign email responses and respond to every one
• Prepare campaign analytics data in Excel reporting template
• Raise issues or problems directly when they occur
Generic Administration
• Convert photo of receipts to PDF and add receipts info into excel-log file
• Enter leads into CRM database (fiverr leads and similar)
• Register company receipts & invoices during a month on a summary spreadsheet
• Manage / keep my calendar up to date
• Monitor several email inboxes and organizing emails in a given structure
• Website: Post articles and similar on Propelpartner website
• Facebook Business Page : post articles, communicate eakfpd
• User administration of people registering account
• Create email content and manage subscriber interaction
Software Skillset
In order to succeed in this role it is important that you have decent skills in the following
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Microsoft Teams
• MS Outlook
• Miro (preferable)
Personal Skillset
• Positive with a solution oriented mindset
• Enjoys variety in tasks and does not become stressed over new requirements
• Is well structured and organized
Allocation
This is a part-time to fulltime role (6-8 hours per day) and I would prefer this becomes your only engagment to ensure there is no conflict of interest with another employer.
Assignment Length
This is a permanent role without end date. The first 3 months we will be a trial period during which we have weekly review sessions to jointly evaluate how things are going to ensure this is a good fit for both parties.
Start Date
This position needs to be filled as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis until the right candidate has been found.
