Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of our real estate projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead project development from conceptual design through completion.
*Manage all phases of project delivery, including project management, construction document creation, entitlement processes, and construction management.
*Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
*Ensure all projects adhere to standards of design, quality, and sustainability.
*Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
*Client Schedule Management:
Coordinate with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
*Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion.
*Design Team Coordination:
Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary design teams (architects, engineers, etc.).
*Manage and guide team members to meet project goals and milestones.
*Project Status Reporting:
Regularly report project status to stakeholders, providing accurate and insightful updates.
*Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
*Knows how to use REVIT very well.
Qualifications:
*Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
*Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in the field of architecture, with a preference for candidates with 10 years or more. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in project management, construction document creation, entitlements, and construction management. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
