Your Role:
As our Project-Based FB/IG/LI Content Specialist, you’ll lead targeted campaigns and initiatives to enhance our visibility and engagement on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategic projects that align with our business objectives and brand identity. From content creation to campaign management, you’ll play a key role in driving results and maximizing impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of project-based social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, leveraging the StoryBrand framework to create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
• Develop creative content strategies and concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging goals, incorporating a mix of organic and paid tactics to drive engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables for each project, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform future strategy decisions.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing strategic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive action.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, with specific expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Instagram Insights and Linkedin.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or a related field is a plus but not required.
