Position: Part-Time Sponsorship Manager
Job Overview:
As Add Peace Mindanao, Inc. prepares for an exciting and impactful international event participation, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project-Based Part-Time Sponsorship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in securing sponsorships from various organizations and partners, ensuring the successful realization of our upcoming event.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Research Prospective Sponsors: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sponsors and partners who align with our organization’s mission and values.
2. Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing sponsors, engaging them through effective communication and personalized approaches.
3. Negotiate and Secure Sponsorship Deals: Skillfully negotiate sponsorship agreements, taking into account the needs and expectations of both parties.
4. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our event planning and marketing teams to align sponsorship strategies with event objectives and promotional efforts.
5. Track and Manage Sponsorship Deliverables: Ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship commitments, coordinating with relevant team members to guarantee sponsor recognition and benefits are properly provided.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sponsorship management, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential sponsors.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple tasks.
4. Passionate about peacebuilding and making a positive impact on society.
5. Knowledge of the Mindanao region’s social and cultural landscape is an advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
7. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
1. You will be engaged on a project-based contract for 2 months.
2. We offer a retainer fee ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 pesos per month. The fixed rate will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, a commission of 10% will be given for every successful sponsorship deal secured, incentivizing excellent performance.
3. Remote and on-site applicants are welcome to apply, giving candidates the flexibility to work from their preferred location. You will be required to submit relevant reports 3 times a week, providing updates on sponsorship efforts and progress. Exceptional performance may lead to higher remuneration, as we value and recognize the impact of outstanding results.
Note: The organization reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if unsatisfactory performance is observed, or if no progress is made, and no successful sponsorship deals are closed. Termination may also occur in cases where you are unable to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in the job description. In the event of contract termination before its natural end, you will be compensated at the organization’s discretion based on the hours worked and the performance rendered up to that point. The compensation will be assessed fairly, taking into consideration the efforts and contributions during their time with the organization.
