Project-based Recruiter

About this Role
You will be managing the recruitment life cycle. You must be comfortable with independently sourcing candidates, conduct screening, and provide shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles daily.

Competencies and Qualifications:
-Excellent both verbal and written communication skill
-Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
-Must have experience with hiring regular staff, associate to managerial roles
-Global recruiting experience is preferred
-Working knowledge of LinkedIn and any Application Tracking Systems
-Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
-Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
-Prior experience working from home is preferred

Responsibilities:
-Own full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing to pre-employment background checking.
-Work on job boards and referrals to find suitable candidates.
-Build relationship with Hiring Managers to develop and establish recruiting strategies
-Consult with Hiring Managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
-Commit to and meet hiring needs in the organisation
-All other duties assigned

To be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or higher qualification
-Strong knowledge and experience of the full recruitment process
-Preferably with BPO recruitment experience

This is a project-based employment for three (3) months.
