Project-based Web Developer with SEO and Affiliate Email Marketing Expertise

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer who possesses a proven track record or strong background in SEO and affiliate email marketing to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our company website. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing effective affiliate email marketing campaigns and optimizing our web presence for search engine optimization (SEO). Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our visitors.
* Create and execute successful affiliate email marketing campaigns, including designing and coding HTML email templates.
* Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings. We use MailChimp but let us know what other platform is best.
* Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page optimization, and analyze website traffic and performance metrics.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the website remains optimized for search engines.
* Monitor website analytics, track key metrics, and generate weekly reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and email marketing campaigns.
* Transform the existing website into a job portal catering both VAs and clients. Would also involve adding payment option via website.
* Troubleshoot any website or app-related issues promptly and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web development and SEO projects.
– Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
– Solid understanding of affiliate email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and experience in creating and managing successful email campaigns.
– Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO keyword research tools.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The initial pay rate will be $5 USD per hour, paid via PHP (negotiable based on experience). with the potential for additional hours and increased compensation based on your suitability for the role. Project will run for 2 weeks and will be extended depending on what you will be bringing in our plate.
