About You
You have a passion for web development, specifically within the WordPress environment, and a track record of optimizing WordPress-built websites based on the analysis processed via the core website vitals.
About the Role
The contract role of a contract WordPress developer involves troubleshooting through a list of Core Web Vital action items. You will need to identify & understand the technical factors leading to the website’s existing core web vitals, think of a solution & implement said fixes. The goal is to be able to roll out the solutions to the various issues identified by the core web vitals in a thought-out & timely manner.
What the Role Involves
Troubleshooting a list of known issues indicated within our core website vitals
Assist with auditing and cleaning up any unused code snippets to help speed up our site performance.
Work directly with a team member to resolve the issues above in an agreed & timely manner

Skills Required
Understands, speaks & writes fluent English.
Has a strong grasp of using WordPress, plugins, and apps.
Confident in providing suggestions regarding technical setup issues as they arise.
Has the willingness to learn and own new tools currently used within the Foundr tech infrastructure.
Has a good understanding & can write in CSS & JS
Has experience working with different team members across various departments
Familiar with using internal tools such as Slack, Loom, Google Meet, Zoom
Experienced with using project/task management tools such as Asana
Other requirements
Amenable to work preferably within APAC timezone (GMT +10/ GMT + 11)
Has access to stable, fast Wi-Fi
Has access to a stable electricity supply
Has access to a good microphone & webcam
