Job Summary:
As a Project Coordination Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our design and branding projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members and clients. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.

Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Task Assignment: Collaborate with team members to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Ensure everyone is informed about project updates and changes.

Resource Management: Assist in allocating and managing resources, including design teams, contractors, and equipment, to meet project requirements.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.

Quality Control: Help maintain project quality by conducting quality checks and ensuring that all project deliverables meet established standards.

Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

Client Interaction: Maintain positive client relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and managing client expectations.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular project reports, performance analyses, and post-project evaluations for management review.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with design and branding projects.
Certification in project management is a plus.
