Brist Mfg., a leading custom apparel manufacturer to outdoor, beverage and corporate brands is seeking a full-time project coordinator with 3+ years of combined supply chain, administrative and sales support experience. This position plays an integral role in a USA pod-based team that will support key order and supply chain functions, all while ensuring decisions directly affecting customer budgets, product and delivery needs, pricing and profitability of the sales order are made collaboratively and enhance customer value and retention. Our ideal candidate has knowledge and/or experience with textiles, promotional products, custom apparel and/or headwear.
Important: Only those who apply and are able to regularly work nights to align with Brist operating hours, USA West Coast time, 7 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. will be considered.
Key Functions of this position include:
-Manage all aspects of the order/project to ensure accurate communication, on time delivery and products meet or exceed client expectations.
-Work with sales members of the pod to create estimates and quotes, navigate timelines that will lead to successful outcomes.
-Process/ Assign and track customer orders, working closely with sales to ensure all information is translated accurately within the operating system, through supply and production channels.
-Determine the factory, resource or partner that will produce the merchandise.
-Manage backorders with suppliers and communicate updates to corresponding account teams when stock becomes available.
Requirements of this position include:
-Fluent in written and spoken English, exceptional communication skills
-Must be able to work USA west coast hours, Monday – Friday
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Proficient in math fundamentals
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
-Experience working in a collaborative decision making environment, reaching consensus to deliver the best outcomes possible
-Technology: proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Quickbooks, project management software Asana
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Flexible, ability to prioritize and manage changes throughout the workday, meet frequent shifts in schedules and customer demands
-Curious, willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
-Ability to quickly identify errors and solve problems
