Job Description

Ready Homes in searching for a remote Project Coordinator to assist with a variety of residential and commercial renovation projects. A successful Project Coordinator is able to follow directions and pre-made templates to ensure projects are organized and completed on time. Communication between clients, Project Manager, and contractors is a daily task necessary to ensure timelines are on schedule and projects run efficiently. As an Construction Project Manager, you will serve as an owners representative and will ensure that your projects adhere to the client’s requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines. You will be involved and responsible for coordinating scheduling for all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
? Ability to work independently
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Computer skills to include, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Asana
? Ability to work unsupervised including working during “off hours” and/or weekends
? Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of renovation/construction
? Ensure and communicate timelines and budgets are on track for project
? Research and sourcing experience for vendors and materials

Essential Duties:
? Develop a construction schedule during the project planning phase
? Prepare and distribute invoices for clients
? Schedule and coordinate with contractors and vendors
? Direct the activities involved with the preparation for design and construction
? Management and coordination while project is in progress and be able to contribute feedback that might improve the speed and accuracy of projects
? Familiarity with construction terms and general acceptable practices or the ability to learn.
? Strong ability to read and understand instructions and requirements
? Responsible for maintaining an accurate/up to date project schedule, cost report, weekly reports and progress photos
? Regularly monitor field operations through phone communication, email, and site photos
? Work with Project Manager to develop schedule and plans
? Act as liaison between Client and Construction Team
? Coordinate preparation and distribution of all project close-out materials including
? Coordinate, supervise and ensure completion of all follow up issues after project completion
? Ensure accurate and timely final billings from clients
? Ability to assist Construction Manager as needed
