Project Coordinator

Dedicated permanent part time to full time project coordinator position. Must be able to dedicate 20 – 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $400 – $800 USD per month. Must work on USA eastern time hours 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Your English skills are important as you will be talking with clients.

Available to assist with everything from Internet research, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Experience with:
1) online research
2) data entry
3) Editing
4) Google Ads and Local Service Ads
5) Go High Level
5) Client communication
6) Google drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
7) If you have not done it, you are willing to figure it out

Job Responsibilities:
1) Gathering relevant information to launch new client accounts
2) Overseeing projects and coordinating with our advertising team to make sure they are completed on a fast and consistent basis
3) Speaking with Google support to resolve account issues and launch client new client accounts
4) Messaging with clients to gather access and relevant information
5) Review newly built accounts to check for any mistakes that need to be corrected
6) Complete Go High Level’s A2P verification on our clients behalf
7) Create subdomain’s so our ad team can build a landing page on the subdomain
8) Create new local service ad accounts for clients
9) Update Clickup with relevant information
10) Speak with team members on our team to coordinate and complete company projects
11) Be willing to learn new skills as we have trainings on how to complete most of these tasks

Qualifications
– A college degree
– Project Management Experience
– Executive Administration experience
– Business Management experience
– Writing skills commonly found in US business communication
