Nautical Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator for our US-based real estate client. The ideal candidate will support the internal operations, liaise with property owners, and assist in the planning and execution of real estate projects.
*Key Responsibilities*
Project Management:
• Assist in managing various internal operational projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Track and report on project progress.
Owner Relations:
• Interface with property owners to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide updates on leasing performance and other relevant metrics.
• Address and resolve owner inquiries and concerns.
Leasing Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze leasing performance at various properties.
• Generate and distribute performance reports to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve leasing outcomes.
Marketing and Operations Setup:
• Assist in the setup of marketing strategies for new projects.
• Coordinate operational logistics for projects coming on board.
• Ensure marketing and operational plans are executed effectively.
Project Planning and Analysis:
• Conduct research and analysis for prospective assignments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop actionable plans based on analysis.
Executive Assistance:
• Manage the client’s calendar and communication channels.
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Perform other relevant tasks as needed
*Qualifications*
• Prior experience in project management and coordination is strictly required
• Prior experience in executive assistance is highly preferred but not required
• Prior experience in the US real estate industry is preferred but not required
• Must have experience dealing with C-level executives, department heads, and external stakeholders
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of software/tools
• Must be willing to work full-time within US Central business hours
