Client Overview: We are a national provider of signage for different industries within the United states and we are hiring for a Project Coordinator who is in charge of assisting Project Managers in organizing the company’s ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, surveys, permits & install schedules as well as install budgets and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Project Coordinators must have great written/verbal skills and exceptional customer service.

Find Installer/Vendor to install job

Coordinate Inhouse & Vendor Installs
Request VG COI, Landlord COI info to vendor and W-9 Form from Vendor
Email Landlord completed Certificate of Insurance
Send Installer/Vendor Purchase Order
Prepare Permit Package for Vendor or Cris to pull permits
Request good Completion Photos
Request Final Inspection
Gather permit costs, permit procurement costs, shipping costs, crate costs, engineering & any other misc. costs for Account • Manager to invoice
Prepare vendor invoices and submit to accounting for payment
Update WIP on daily basis
Assist CEO with company events
Assist with all additional tasks presented to you
Assist with all other tasks given
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Extreme attention to detail and deadline oriented
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
Solid follow-up aptitude
Experience and familiarity in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel
Ability to type 45wpm
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintaining files, typing, grammar, proof-reading, composing letters
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently a heavy workload and urgent matters that arise
The candidate should be intelligent, creative, detail-oriented, a problem solver, extremely well organized, pleasant but appropriately assertive when necessary, and work well in a team
Great Phone Communication Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of administrative assistant experience
2+ years’ experience in office environment
Background in Construction and in Project Management
Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):
Processor: At least Intel i3 6th Gen/AMD Ryzen 5 3rd Gen/MAC OS Intel i5 6th Gen
at least Memory: RAM 8GB
at least Windows 10 for Windows, or Catalina or better for MAC OS users
at least 25mbps Postpaid Internet speed
