Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage roofing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
