PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your day-to-day roles and responsibilities are broken down into, but not limited to:
– Facilitate daily huddles of the team.
– Prioritize, delegate, track, and manage daily/weekly campaign-related tasks of each team member with a set timeline.
– Translate client communications into actionable items, filling in the gaps, making sure all information is well defined and clear when relayed to the team, and vice versa.
– Organize resources and documentation of the team and clients so it will be easily accessible for the whole team.
– Update and maintain Right Hook internal systems and tracking documents for each account allocated to the team.
– Prepare, track, and maintain client marketing calendar, and communicate details needed for upcoming campaigns to the clients.
– Hold team members accountable for their campaign-related tasks, establish openness and candor within the team, help in determining bottlenecks, and roadblocks, and collaborate with the team in identifying root causes and coming up with countermeasures.
– Foresee, think ahead, and collect all relevant information needed internally for the campaigns or activities to execute them effectively, always with a mindset of ‘what’s next?,’ and proactively coordinate them.
– Join client calls with the Strategist, and participate in the discussion. Help Strategist prepare agenda, pick up key points and action items during the call, convert them into a post-call wrap-up, and keep track of the progress of any action items.
– Respond to the client in a timely manner (based on Right Hook service level protocol).
– Proactively make follow-ups with clients or team members on specific deliverables or tasks, if needed.
– Participate in Department and overall Right Hook meetings, trainings/workshops, and project initiatives including 1:1 coaching calls with Team Lead.

Great Attention to Detail
– Effective and strong communication skills- written and oral (persuasive, influential, relationship-building)
– Knows workaround with ClickUp (or similar platform) and G-Suite
– Solid experience in Project Management and Client Facing Communications Role
– Basic to Intermediate understanding of social media ad marketing
– Background in Scrum-Sprint is a plus but not required
– Previous experience working with a remote team and marketing agency
– Fast and reliable internet connection with available backup
– Located in S.E Asia, however, flexible to work either in the USA or AUS time zones.
Note: This job is full-time 40 hours per week job. We require that you have a camera on your computer because you are required to be on video calls with our team.
