Job Description

Team Twist is looking for someone who has vast experience organizing client projects + supporting a business owner simultaneously.

We have an incredible team and we always work collaboratively. Our team members live and work in several countries, including my amazing right hand, who lives near Manilla.

This project begins immediately and will continue for about three weeks, with the heaviest lift being next week. Our estimate is that this project will take 10-15 hours per week. At this point, we can’t offer regular hours past that, but if all goes well, we might need your help in the future, too. We pay 350PHP per hour via .

We believe that skills can be taught, but attitude cannot.

We are looking for someone who is very comfortable learning new software, will dive into learning about our wonderful client, and be able to oversee / coordinate getting this project done very quickly. You need to be able to take in seemingly random, but VERY important notes from me, ask clarifying questions, organize / coordinate / delegate effectively, and follow up appropriately.

To be part of Team Twist you need to have excellent written English skills, be incredibly detail oriented, open to co-working, understand that feedback is intended to make us all better, and committed to doing your best work — our team and clients rely on all of these skills. A great attitude goes a long way. Familiarity with Canva, Slack, copywriting, and Google Workspace are required; note: we are migrating to Notion for project coordination. If you have experience working with clients in the medical field, please share that experience with us.
