The Job Duties:
•Proactively manage the day-to-day needs and requests from PMs you’re assigned to.
•Develop a general understanding of the team’s function
•Respond to calendar scheduling requests and internal/external meeting coordination
•Coordinate meeting logistics and attendee communications
•Compile, submit, and track hours in the workday.
•Coordinate team meetings, activities, and communications when requested
•Monitor project system and email communications, send canned responses, and elevate important messages that need to be responded to the PM.
•Project manage tasks to ensure follow-up to action items
•Leverage internal network and teams to effectively manage workflow
•Partner with other Customer Specialists for coordination and to provide additional support or backup
• Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, ROAS, and other paid search initiatives.
• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

•Extremely organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
