They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team and contribute to the success of their projects in the lighting industry.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of lighting projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to assist in the meticulous planning, scheduling, and execution of lighting projects, ensuring strict adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Efficiently coordinate project tasks, allocate resources, and oversee activities, while diligently monitoring progress and identifying potential obstacles.

Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, encompassing project plans, schedules, status reports, and presentations.
Play a pivotal role in procurement activities by establishing connections with vendors and suppliers to secure the necessary lighting components, materials, and equipment.
Maintain meticulous control over project-related data, files, and records, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information.
Actively participate in project meetings, diligently recording meeting minutes, and action items, and ensuring their subsequent follow-up.
Maintain vigilant oversight of project budgets and expenses, meticulously tracking costs and assisting in the preparation of budget reports.
Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality standards by reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet established benchmarks.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with customer expectations.
Actively engage in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project coordination and execution efficiency.

Tasks:
Create standardized fixture height templates to assist electricians.
Work on automation and system creation where applicable.
Offer decorative fixture suggestions based on home style and finish materials.
Verify stock availability and labeling in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
Prepare labels and stickers for fixture boxes upon material arrival.
Keep contractors and homeowners informed about material arrivals.
Provide post-sales support, including replacing broken glass and offering technical support.
Remind site visitors to capture social media photos.
Send thank-you boxes to clients.
Host post-project meetings for evaluation and improvement.
