Project Coordinator/ PR Assistant

I am looking for an experienced PROJECT COORDINATOR/ PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSISTANT who is SMART, FAST and works hard. I have worked with VA’s across the globe for 4 years. My VA’s love me, and I love them! 🙂

I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible! Must be technologically SAVVY. We work in the online coaching industry and knowledge of this industry is advantageous.

We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering 3-4 podcast-style audio summits per year, with full guidance and training – each summit takes 6 weeks to deliver as a project. You will run this project with guidance and support from the CEO and Business Manager. This will be your first task.

In between projects you will be booking podcast guest spots for the CEO, and updating the workflow and creating systems for this process.
