The Role
We are searching for a Transaction Coordinator to join our Deal Team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff, you will grow our South Eastern footprint by assisting with business development initiatives, onboarding initiatives and other special projects. Your primary role is to ensure a detailed and organized setup of our processes, onboardings and current systems in place.

About the Team
Led directly by our CEO, our Deal Team oversees all growth and expansion initiatives for West Home.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate with Deal Team to ensure the seamless and timely execution and management of multiple transaction related documents
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Multi-tasking across various platforms including phone calls, emails, and intra-company databases throughout the transactions process
Develop critical dates timelines
Act as a steward for retrieval of due diligence documents
Monitor deal flow pipeline
Assist with Deal Team document management and other office administrator responsibilities
Complete due diligence efforts on new property including compiling and auditing property data from external sources including lease files, vendor contracts, marketing collateral, business licenses
Prepare internal administration documents.
Facilitate a smooth management transition process for new properties
Serve as one of the main property owner points of contact for West Home throughout the transition process through handoff to Operations Team
Create data repository of all information received and dissemination of data to appropriate stakeholders in transition and operations process
Oversee the status of the West Home transitions checklist, ensuring all items are complete and logged at appropriate times and alerting keys stakeholders when critical items become past due
Ensure all West Home Standard marketing collateral supplies are ordered and installed
Manage multiple deals at a time in different markets
Manage our Furnished portfolio listings
Develop Best Practices and SOPs
Ensure the West Home Standards and Best Practices are maintained throughout the project life cycle
Coordinated and schedules regular meetings for each project team and records meeting minutes
Attends weekly pipeline meetings
Provide feedback to leadership on onboarding pain points and suggested solutions including technology needs and modifications
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in hospitality or multifamily industry related role
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondence
Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and financial statements.
Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects
Experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
Desire to contribute, ask questions, and ask for help with needed
Neat, clean, and professional at all times
Salesforce experience preferred
