Summary:
We are a real estate media company who specializes in photography, videography, and virtual tours. As an integral part of our team, the Project Coordinator ensures every media project is delivered on time and our clients are satisfied. This role centers on uploading media to projects, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and enhancing our operational processes.

General Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Uploading media to Aryeo (Photos, Video, 3D Tours, FloorPlans, etc.)
• Monitor and ensure the quality of media projects.
• Follow up with clients post-service to assess their satisfaction, encourage referrals, and address any concerns by proposing appropriate solutions.
• Manage edit requests for project adjustments, such as video edits or photos.
• Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and chat.
• Utilize Aryeo for project delivery and client relationship management.
• Assist in scheduling and managing client appointments
• Ensure timely delivery of project files to clients
• Create YouTube thumbnails and manage video uploads.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with software such as Matterport, CubiCasa, Aryeo, Click to view, Slack is preferred
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in technical, writing, and design tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new technologies.

Working Hours:
• Minimum requirements average at 6 hours per day or up to 40 hours per week
• Monday – Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST
