Job Title: Project Coordinator with Web Development or SEO Expertise
Location: Remote Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: Weekdays, 4 hours per day, starting around 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (PHST)
Salary: $4.50 USD per hour

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team and help streamline our project management processes while contributing valuable SEO Content or website development expertise to our team.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator with expertise in either Web Development or SEO Content Writing. This part-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our existing team of SEO Content Specialists and contributing to our monthly goal of creating 3 new “rank and rent” websites for local US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination (40% of role):
Utilize Skype and Trello to coordinate the team and manage project timelines and deliverables — creating 3 new “rank and rent” websites monthly
Coordinate tasks between team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Monitor project progress using Skype and Trello, and provide regular status updates to the business owner (that’s me, your hiring manager)
Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders using Skype and Trello and other communication tools
Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelines
Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing among team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows
Web Development OR SEO Content Writing (60% of role):
Option A: Web Development
Build and customize websites using Duda website builder, ensuring they meet client specifications and SEO best practices
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are user-friendly across all devices
Integrate SEO elements into website structure, including optimized meta tags, headers, and URL structures
Collaborate closely with SEO Content Specialists to seamlessly incorporate optimized content into website designs
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during website development
Stay updated on the latest web design trends and Duda platform updates
Option B: SEO Content Writing
Conduct comprehensive keyword research using industry-standard tools to identify high-value targeting opportunities
Create engaging, SEO-optimized content tailored to local US markets, ensuring it aligns with client goals and target audiences
Write various types of content, including website copy, blog posts, and local landing pages
Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement
Use SEO tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs to analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements
Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure content strategies remain effective
Qualifications:
Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in either: a) Website development (preferably using Duda website builder) OR b) SEO content writing and keyword research
Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Proficiency in using Trello for project management, including experience with task assignment, deadline tracking, and progress monitoring
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Excellent English language skills (English level C2), with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies as needed
Preferred Skills:
Experience in both web development and SEO content writing
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest
Familiarity with SEO content development tools such as Neuronwriter
Knowledge of local SEO strategies specifically for US markets
Advanced Trello skills, including experience with automation features and power-ups
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience working in a remote team environment
