Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Founthill Developments Ltd.

This is a remote, part-time role (approximately 20-30 hrs a week) and the successful candidate will
need to work predominantly within the UK time-zone to collaborate effectively with both stakeholders
and the team at Founthill.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to plan, organise, and direct the activities of a construction
project, under the direction of a Site Manager, looking after the day-to-day administrative
responsibilities of the project.

The Project Coordinator role will typically involve maintaining project documentation, such as plans
and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project’s progress to team
members and other stakeholders; and managing the project’s budget if needed.

We would love to find someone with technical skills who may be able to assist with basic drawing/design changes using Planswift and/or CAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
* Assist with schedule management
* Assist with project procurement management
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
* Work with the Site Manager to eliminate blockers
* Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
* Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
* Ensure standards are met through monitoring quality assurance checks
* Action requests for materials and hire plant, raising purchase orders and managing delivery
schedules

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
* Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in the Construction industry
* Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans
* Experience in dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
* Exceptional administrative skills with an attention to detail
* Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
* Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
* Advanced knowledge of Google Suite
* Experience with Notion desirable
