1. Project Coordinator
Location: Florida Market
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of disaster recovery housing projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting specific to disaster recovery housing.
Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are documented, from initial planning to final closeout.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly to minimize delays.
Prepare and provide detailed project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in disaster recovery or housing projects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

2. Vendor Pricing and Setup Specialist
Location: Florida
Job Summary: The Vendor Pricing and Setup Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to vendors for pricing, negotiating contracts, and setting them up in the company’s system. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for disaster recovery housing projects.

Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential vendors, ensuring they meet the company’s quality and compliance standards.
Obtain and negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals for materials and services.
Set up and maintain vendor information in the company’s procurement system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues and ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaborate with various departments, including project management and finance, to ensure timely procurement and alignment with project needs.
Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
