We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with excellent social media management skills to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various projects within the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the social media presence of the company, ensuring consistent and engaging content deliverability across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to multitask, effectively communicate, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
• Assist the Operations Manager, Creative Team, and Founder in planning, organizing, and executing various projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively addressing them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure their timely completion.
• Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
2. Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to optimize the company’s online presence.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project-related events, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate productive discussions and brainstorming sessions to drive project success.
4. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing calendars.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and invoice processing for projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, files, and records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination and social media management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
