Job Description

This position follows a hybrid work setup (60 days virtual training), requiring the successful candidate to be in-office at least 3x a week. Work schedule follows a Graveyard Shift from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (MNL) .

We are seeking an ENTRY-LEVEL skilled and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for construction projects. Your expertise in construction estimating and project management will contribute to the success of our projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
– Reviews material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
– Calculate scope of work takeoffs to prepare estimates and bid proposals
– Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using an MS Excel
– Support all areas of the business related to estimates and job-costing
– Provide expertise to any bid-related presentations and proposals
– Assist in the preparation and delivery of Technical Proposals
– Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
– Assist in creating comprehensive proposals that outline project scope, timeline, and cost breakdowns
– Track project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as necessary
– Participate in all staff meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

– Solid understanding of material estimates and cost control methods in construction projects
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
– Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
– Working knowledge of contract documents, including blueprints, drawings, and schematics
– Ability to recognize errors or inconsistencies with project-related costs and scope
– Professional communication and presentation skills

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree – Civil engineering, architectural and/or any related field/course. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, license not required)
– At least 1 year relevant experience.
– Resides near Marikina, and San Mateo & Montalban, Rizal.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and a team player.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Must have own laptop/PC.
