Basic Function: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Virtual Professional to support our Project Manager by providing administrative project and system support.

Duties:
-Assist in project management activities, including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, and tracking
-Maintain and update project-related documents, schedules, and task lists
-Use Accelo to manage and track client projects, tasks, and client communications
-Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines and milestones are met
-Generate and analyze reports from Accelo to provide insights into project progress and client relationships
-Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project status
-Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents
-Help improve and streamline project management processes within Accelo
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
-All other duties as assigned

Supervises: N/A. Reports to Project Manager

Working Conditions: Primarily remote environment. Periodic weekend and evening work may be required.

Desired Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail
-Familiarity with US Real Estate documentation and accounting is a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
-Experience administering Accelo or similar time tracking/project management software
-Reliable internet connection and workspace
