PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN:

We are looking for Project Manager Interns who will be responsible for project planning, monitoring, execution, and control. You will also provide administrative support to the project management team. We will teach you the basics up to the challenging ones where you will learn all the responsibilities of an effective Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and updating tasks within ASANA.
• Delegating tasks assigned to the appropriate person.
• Setting up deadlines of tasks, as well as reassigning tasks.
• Monitor the project’s progress and recommend changes as needed.
• Sending out emails to new and old clients
• Review project deliverables and ensure quality control is achieved throughout the project.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must have strong detail orientation
• With Amazon-related certification would be a big plus!
Expectations:
• 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
• Permanent WFH setup
• The work schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
• A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

AMAZON SPECIALIST INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION:
My Amazon Guy is hiring Amazon Specialist interns from a variety of backgrounds. Individuals with little to no Amazon experience are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring quality assurance by working in a timely fashion. This includes working and updating tasks, submitting deliverables with pristine quality, providing assistance to project managers on their tasks, and effectively maintaining and communicating on ASANA and Slack.
• Managing catalog merchandising and/or troubleshooting tasks with proficiency, as well as producing sales and advertising reports.
• Produce competitor research/analysis, keyword research and optimization, SEO, and other related tasks.
• Identify and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Qualifications:
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferably with Amazon Certification
