Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and adaptive Remote Contractor Project Management Assistant and Coordinator to support our Project Manager in orchestrating successful digital marketing campaigns. Working remotely, your role will be vital in ensuring that all project elements are aligned and advancing seamlessly, thus contributing to our agency’s commitment to deliver exceptional results to our clients. Your adeptness at multitasking, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills, will be pivotal to the efficacy and success of our project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support and Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating various project stages, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Collaborate with different teams to facilitate the smooth progression of tasks according to the production schedule.
Document Preparation and Management
Prepare and manage essential project documents, including agendas, meeting notes, and reports, under the direction of the Project Manager.
Facilitate the process of receiving, reviewing, and sending documents to the Account Manager (AM) and other stakeholders.
Task Tracking and Reporting
Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and maintain an updated tracking system for easy reference and reporting.
Generate regular reports to update the Project Manager on the project’s status and any potential issues or delays.
Survey Assistance
Assist in the creation and refinement of surveys by ensuring they contain the necessary elements for effective data collection and analysis.
Help in collating and analyzing survey data to inform project strategies and directions.
Communication and Liaison
Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and various teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and objectives.
Facilitate meetings and discussions, ensuring that they are productive and focussed on achieving project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using project management software and collaboration tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Contract Details
This is a contract position with an expected duration as needed but typically between 4 and 8 hours with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
The contractor will be expected to work from 9-5pm up to 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in work hours to facilitate collaboration with different teams.
