Who Are We: A remote micro agency servicing e-commerce brands in the wellness, beauty, and self-care industries. We provide branding, marketing, and product launch services for small to mid-sized businesses.

Looking For: Digital marketing and project management / ops specialist

Needed For: Starting part time at approximately 20 hours per week, with strong potential to transition to a full-time position for the right candidate

Salary: Dependent upon experience and location, but bonuses and raises will be granted if you can demonstrate clear value to company operations

You Should Be: A strong communicator and strategic thinker, highly motivated to achieve company goals, with excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and above all; proactive. You should be able to plan and help execute long-term marketing strategies with clear goals and objectives, and keep track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details. A creative but flexible problem solver that takes initiative to truly understand our target audience, what we can offer them, and how we can improve their experience and increasing efficiency through daily systems and processes will be the perfect fit for this role.

Administrative Duties:
• Implementing new systems to streamline and improve operations for maximum efficiency
• Tracking projects, assigning tasks, and gathering assets
• Assisting with client onboarding / offboarding, daily communications, and acquiring missing information for projects
• Sending proposals, contracts, and invoices
• Tracking finances in pre-built spreadsheets
• Posting job listings and selecting strong candidates for task contractors as needed
• Reporting key financial analytics at the end of each month / year
• Prioritization / management of company founder’s professional schedule, task list, & deadlines

Marketing Duties:
• Generating qualified client leads and segmenting based on their size, category, etc.
• Following up with candidates until an official appointment call is booked
• Tracking all outreach and reporting key campaign metrics
• Sending out biweekly email campaigns and creating automated nurturing sequences
• Create monthly social media content calendars
• Managing social media accounts
• Conducting market research on a variety of industries, brands, and products
• Strategizing effective marketing campaigns and funnels
